LIBRA DRESS ^Sale

Dress with shirt collar and cuffs. He wears shoulder pads and a large ruffle on the chest bordering each side of the center placket. It has more gathering in the neck area and tapers down to the waist cut. It fastens at the center placket with buttonholes and buttons and has a gathered sash to adjust the waist.
